Roller brush, cylinder brush or rotary brush, is a brush that is used by having the brush spin or rotate around an axis. The roller brushes showcased here are punched brushes, which is a type of staple set brush too. Roller brushes are made of a core filled radially with filaments. The cores can be made of steel, stainless steel, polypropylene, PVC, PET, or other hi-tech plastics.

The cylindrical roller brush is a versatile rotary brush that is widely used in many applications. They can be used as car cleaning brush, conveyor cleaning brush, grinding brush, latex glove & condom cleaning and beading, to name a few applications. Depending on your applications and the brush fill materials chosen, the fill materials can be made short for hard aggressive brushing or long for softer sweeping. Block brush, or commonly known as staple set brush, consists a solid base with rows of tufts. A staple set flat brush is made whereby bristle is forced into a flat surface and trimmed to length.

These block brushes can be in a large piece or can be sized into smaller pieces and put together. Having multiple smaller size block brushes offer you the benefit to easily replace them as needed.

Depending on your machine bed layout and size, we can customize the base and cut to any size that best fill your machine bed. The bed brush above was assembled with 5 blocks of flat brush, using PVC base with nylon bristle.
